Here we go! The very first food related blog post.
I thought I’d let you all think I was this incredibly nutritious, health conscious wonder and knock up a salmon dish.
I am none of the above.
But I do love fish. Especially salmon. And the beauty of it is, it’s just so simple. This little number can be prepped and cooked within 30 minutes.
So, let’s get cracking! You’ll need:
- Two salmon fillets
- Two garlic cloves, crushed
- Squeeze of lemon juice
- 10g breadcrumbs
- 15g grated Parmesan
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- Sprinkle of paprika
Bake the salmon for twenty minutes until it’s a pale pink colour.
Quick, simple and proper scrumptious.
